The Location Neutral Employment (LONE) Community Marketing Grant provides up to $5,000 in marketing funds to help rural areas attract out-of-state companies to create new jobs in their communities. The purpose of this grant is not to attract businesses from one area of Colorado to another area of Colorado.
Companies that create net new jobs in rural areas and on Southern Ute Indian or Ute Mountain Ute Reservation lands can earn performance-based tax credits and cash incentives including the Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit and Strategic Fund Job Growth Incentive.
The program sunsets on June 30, 2022, and applications are closed.
