High Science is an unscripted reality television show focusing on the business, science, and people behind cannabis companies as well as the development of cannabis products.

Today, Governor Polis and the Colorado Outdoor Recreation Industry Office (OREC) of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) announced the first 10 recipients of the Colorado State Outdoor Recreation grant. Popular HGTV Television Show to Film in Colorado

MEDIA ALERT -- The Colorado Office of Film, Television and Media has approved a Colorado Film Incentive for a reality television show with national exposure to film in Colorado. Rock the Block is a home renovation competition series featuring some of HGTV’s most accomplished and well-known stars as they renovate four homes on the same block, incorporating their signature styles. Rock the Block is the network’s #1 competition reality show, and the fourth season will be filming in Berthoud, Colorado.

This morning at a meeting of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, Governor Polis and the Global Business Development Division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) announced today that Virta Health, a health technology company and leader in type 2 diabetes reversal, has selected Colorado for its new headquarters. Under the Polis administration, Colorado has secured many new business headquarters that will create good-paying jobs for Coloradans.

Colorado Creates grants to further the arts in 28 Colorado counties

Today, Colorado Creative Industries (CCI), a division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), announced the FY2023 recipients of the Colorado Creates Grant Program. A total of 121 grants will distribute $834,500 to arts organizations and communities across 28 Colorado counties, including Routt, La Plata, Weld and Pueblo counties.

Colorado Creative Industries (CCI), a division of the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT), is pleased to announce that the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies (NASAA) has named Margaret Hunt, director of Colorado Creative Industries, the recipient of its 2022 Luminary Award for Transformative Executive Leadership. The award recognizes an executive director who has exhibited exemplary leadership and made a significant contribution to public support for the arts at the state, regional and national levels. Hunt has served as CCI director since 2013 under Govs.
