Grant tees up $3 million in recovery work, including $1 million in grants to stakeholders
Jan. 19, 2021 - The Colorado Tourism Office (CTO) has secured $2.4 million in CARES Act Recovery Assistance from the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), funding recovery work that will include direct assistance for more than 30 Colorado destinations and up to 20 tourism-related industry groups.

Grant program supports the travel and tourism industry’s economic recovery and repositioning through new travel initiatives
Prowers County Lodging Tax Panel (PCLTP), in the Canyons and Plains travel region, was awarded a Colorado Rural Academny for Tourism (CRAFT) Recovery Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in fall 2020 to advance recovery efforts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lake County Tourism Panel (LCTP) was awarded a Colorado Rural Academy for Tourism (CRAFT) Recovery Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in fall 2020.
