The objective of the 2017 CRAFT Mentor program was to develop a strategic plan with clear, actionable goals, as well as to create a strong financial plan. The objective of the 2019 program was to develop a branding and marketing plan to support the Badger Creek Ranch strategic plan initiatives.

Rocky Ford Historical Museum was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in fall 2018. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create an interpretive brief that would influence future exhibits to be user-friendly and interactive.

The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create an all inclusive marketing plan that supports the mission of the HRRMC's weekend wellness retreats and to attract participants from outside of Chaffee County.

Rio Blanco County Historical Society was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in the spring of 2015. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create a strategic plan to develop a cultural heritage center.
