• HB 22-1418 - Extension of Certain Unused Tax Credits
  OEDIT is seeking stakeholder input on HB22-1418 Extension Of Certain Unused Tax Credits concerning the extension of the period for which unused and expiring colorado Job Growth Incentive (JGTIC) and Enterprise Zone (EZ) income tax credits may be carried forward to subsequent years.
• HUBZones
  This program supports HUBZone-certified small businesses in designated areas of the State by providing them with preferential treatment in awarding federal contracts.
• Innovative Housing Incentive Program
  This program helps address Colorado’s housing shortage by supporting the development and expansion of the state’s innovative housing manufacturing businesses through grants and loans.
• Job Growth Incentive Tax Credit
  This tax credit is an eight-year job creation incentive to support competitive, multi-state, or country relocation and expansion projects.
• Just Transition Community Funding
  The Colorado Just Transition Action Plan provides more information on the Just Transition communities themselves, and it provides recommendations on supporting coal transition workers who are or will be laid off by connecting them with job and training opportunities, local, state, and federal resources, quality jobs, and more.
• Native Film Workshop Grant
  This grant supports an annual workshop that helps motivate and inspire native students who are struggling to find a passion in high school.

  This grant and tax credit helps new businesses start in or move into rural, economically distressed areas and hire new employees.
• State Trade Expansion Program Grant
  This grant helps small businesses expand internationally by funding international business development activities.
• Strategic Fund Job Growth Incentive
  This cash incentive is a five-year program for competitive business expansion or relocation projects.
