  This program provides eligible semiconductor companies access to specific types of Enterprise Zone income tax credits; Colorado municipalities and counties must establish a CHIPS Zone through application to the EDC before companies can access these benefits.

  The Community Business Preservation Program provides grants, as well as training and consultation support, to groups of geographically proximate and culturally similar businesses that are facing displacement pressures and that hold cultural, social, or historical significance in Colorado.

  This program provides free technical assistance, consulting, and funding to help rural communities create economic development strategies.
• Strategic Fund Job Growth Incentive
  This cash incentive is a five-year program for competitive business expansion or relocation projects.
• Trade and Investment Missions
  These missions promote foreign investment into Colorado and help Colorado companies become more globally competitive.
