Yessica Xytlalli Holguin is the executive director of Center for Community Wealth Building, an organization that promotes strategies for a sustainable economy. The Center for Community Wealth Building develops strategies that lift whole communities, both economically and socially. They work to empower communities, create and maintain dignified jobs in locally grounded businesses, and reshape and strengthen the framework of inclusivity. Yessica has extensive expertise in building a more inclusive and equitable business climate which will add a very useful perspective to the Employee Ownership Commission.
