Summit County Commissioner, District 2

Tamara Pogue was elected to the Summit County Board of County Commissioners in 2020 with a focus on improving the lives of local working families, and the small businesses that sustain this popular mountain community.


Her expertise in issues like housing, childcare, healthcare, and behavioral health has been recognized across Colorado. Last summer, she was appointed by the Speaker of the House to serve on the Colorado Legislature’s Affordable Housing Task Force Sub Panel to lend counsel on Summit County’s efforts to mitigate the housing crisis.


Tamara lives in Dillon Valley with her 3 kids and Derby, their loveable rescue dog.
