To apply for this sponsorship, your event needs to take place in Colorado.
In order to apply for the sponsorship, you will need to fill out the Film Event Sponsorship Interest Form at least three months before your event. We will review your submitted interest form and reach out regarding the next steps. This application has a rolling deadline, meaning we will review applications as we receive them.
When applying through the Film Event Sponsorship Interest Form, you will need to include:
- Event description – such as a one-pager or a previous community event guide.
- Sponsorship tiers for the upcoming event.
If you are selected for a sponsorship, you will be contacted. We may ask you to provide additional information about the event.
You will receive the award via electronic funds transfer before the start of the event. Please note, payments will be paused from June 1- July 15 each year in order to facilitate COFTM’s fiscal year transition.
The COFTM and the event organizers will agree upon a level of sponsorship. The organizers will need to complete all benefits outlined in the sponsorship tiers.
