Kyle Henderson is a multifamily developer that has experience with age-restricted, market-rate, and affordable housing developments. For over 20 years he's been focused on developing new ground-up projects in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. He recently completed a 10-year term serving on the South Metro Housing Options (Littleton Housing Authority) Board of Commissioners and currently serves as a board member for Rocky Mountain Communities. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.
