Jamie Lujan has spent her career at the cross-section of entrepreneurship, equity, and education. She is the founder of Saluzo Business Solutions. Her focus is centered on entrepreneurial development, mission alignment for founders, operations and utilizing values-based decision-making. She also teaches for the University of Colorado at Boulder and University of Northern Colorado. Areas of expertise are building team capacity, organizational strategy, and community engagement. Her work has developed through the years to include: business co-founding, small business strategy and growth, and providing technical assistance to small business entrepreneurs. Additionally, she has co-founded a technology-based company with a successful exit. She is motivated by creating opportunities to make better decisions by leveraging people power, data, and technology. She is committed to high-quality outcomes that engage a triple bottom line. 

Prior to founding Saluzo, Jamie served as the Democratic Entrepreneurship Director for the Center for Community Wealth Building she was responsible for leading the efforts to build local economic resilience and community cohesion by strengthening BIPOC, immigrant, and women-owned businesses through culturally responsive business support. She has also gained extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business. Jamie currently serves on the Colorado Minority Business Council and has served on several statewide boards and committees focusing on business, higher education, and community work. Her passion comes from the belief that business and education play fundamental roles in the foundation of thriving communities.
