Mayor of Lone Tree

Lone Tree Mayor, Jackie Millet is a solutions-oriented leader with a proven record of consensus building and collaboration. She has served the Lone Tree community for almost two decades and is in her final term as the city’s Mayor. Jackie is a Registered Civil Engineer with considerable experience planning and designing infrastructure for growing communities and that perspective has shaped her efforts as a local elected official. During her tenure, Lone Tree has prioritized investments in transportation, economic development, recreation and cultural amenities.

Jackie has become a well-respected voice on many regional issues including transportation, housing and collaborative government. She has served Lone Tree and the metro region in a wide range of roles including as Chair of the Denver Regional Council of Governments, Chair of the Metro Mayor Caucus, Chair of the Partnership of Douglas County Governments and a Regional Air Quality Council Member. These opportunities have allowed Jackie to work with a broad range of citizen, business, and government stakeholders to provide real solutions for community challenges.
