Esther Lee Leach is the Vice President, Development & Fundraising at Downtown Denver Partnership. At the Partnership, Esther leads the Civic Engagement & Membership department, Corporate Sponsor Program, and also oversees fundraising across the organization, matching corporations with initiatives that highlight their focus areas and priorities in the community. She also chairs the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility Committee, and works on building relationships in all communities to ensure that Downtown Denver is welcoming to everyone. Her previous role was Director of Membership Development, Events & Partnerships at Clayton Members Club & Hotel, where she led the growth of the membership base, curated 50+ events per month and created partnerships with businesses and community organizations.
Esther is a board member of Biennial of the Americas which creates connections and builds community across the Americas and is also on the board of Cherry Arts. Esther's third board appointment is the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce, and she was awarded the Gervasini Community Leader of the Year Award for Cherry Creek by the Chamber of Commerce in 2022. She also serves on the 5280 Air Society supporting the fundraising efforts of National Jewish Health, is the co-chair of the Design Track at Denver Startup Week, and a Member of the Community Building Council at CiviCO.
