Chuong Le is an attorney at 3i Law. He helps businesses and individuals across the country and around the world through all phases of growth and stages of life. It is his goal to work closely with each client to create customized strategies designed to address each person’s needs at 3i Law.
On the corporate and business side, Chuong works with U.S.-based and foreign companies at all levels of growth, including startups and companies entering the global market. He has represented clients entering or doing business in the United States, as well as U.S. companies with outbound transactions, joint ventures, and trade and investments. He has worked with companies in many different sectors such as real estate, agriculture, manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, and hospitality.
He understands the unique needs of businesses and individuals with international ties and assets. Chuong offers years of legal expertise to bring to the Commission through the legal aspects of employee ownership conversion.
