OEDIT economic incentives spur hundreds of new Pueblo jobs

Denver, CO (August 13, 2020) – The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) has received notification that a half billion dollar manufacturing project has received corporate approval to proceed. The August 6th EVRAZ Board of Directors vote affirmed their intent to proceed with the planned Pueblo Plant Project expansion. The manufacturing expansion will be accompanied by a $250 million 240-megawatt solar facility developed in partnership with Xcel Energy and Lightsource BP.

INFOCU5 Adds 400 Colorado Jobs; Moves Out-of-State Operations to Grand Junction

Colorado company awarded state incentives for hundreds of new in-state jobs   

DENVER ­ The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT)  announced today that INFOCU5 (pronounced “in focus”) will relocate its Pasadena, California-based operations to Grand Junction. This move, combined with its expansion plan, will add 403 net new jobs to the state, 171 of which will be location-neutral and available throughout rural Colorado. 

AGC Biologics’ $100M Infusion Revitalizes Dormant Boulder Facility

Manufacturing project positioned to accelerate Colorado bioscience employment and innovation

 DENVER – The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) today announced that AGC Biologics has acquired an existing 300,000 square foot facility in Boulder which they will transform into a new manufacturing facility that will bring 280 new jobs to Colorado. 

AGC is finalizing the purchase of a facility previously owned by the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca which closed the site in January 2019 to consolidate operations.
