VIZIO’s latest domestic expansion will add more than 100 new Colorado-based tech career opportunities to the company’s new Denver operations.

NextWorld Announces Colorado Headquarters Expansion

DENVER – Governor Polis and the Office of Economic Development and International Trade announced today that Nextworld, the Colorado-based enterprise software pioneer, plans to expand its Greenwood Village headquarters. The multifaceted Nextworld project includes a substantial investment in an expanded Greenwood Village campus that will serve as the hub for more than 300 new Colorado jobs. 

Fading West Development - The Power of Public/Private Partnerships

Fading West Development is building a new 110,000 square foot home construction factory in the heart of the Arkansas River Valley with the mission of providing attainable housing throughout the western United States and increasing employment in Chaffee County Colorado. 

When fully operational, the production facility is expected to create over 700 homes, townhomes and apartments each year, addressing the nationwide housing shortage while creating more than 100 well-paying jobs in the Buena Vista community. 

INFOCU5 Adds 400 Colorado Jobs; Moves Out-of-State Operations to Grand Junction

Colorado company awarded state incentives for hundreds of new in-state jobs   

DENVER ­ The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT)  announced today that INFOCU5 (pronounced “in focus”) will relocate its Pasadena, California-based operations to Grand Junction. This move, combined with its expansion plan, will add 403 net new jobs to the state, 171 of which will be location-neutral and available throughout rural Colorado. 

AGC Biologics’ $100M Infusion Revitalizes Dormant Boulder Facility

Manufacturing project positioned to accelerate Colorado bioscience employment and innovation

 DENVER – The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) today announced that AGC Biologics has acquired an existing 300,000 square foot facility in Boulder which they will transform into a new manufacturing facility that will bring 280 new jobs to Colorado. 

AGC is finalizing the purchase of a facility previously owned by the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca which closed the site in January 2019 to consolidate operations. 

Emerson’s $100M Expansion and New Innovation Center Transforms Boulder Campus

Global tech leader plans for 250 new Colorado jobs

DENVER - The Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) announced today that Emerson has selected Boulder, Colorado for its new, 180,000-square-foot expansion project. The $100M investment, including a new innovation center, will support 250 new jobs over the coming years.
