Brian Dale has over 27 years of experience in affordable housing finance. He spent over 25 years at Citi Community Capital, the nation’s largest affordable housing lender, as a Managing Director/Banker based in Denver, CO. During his career at Citi, Brian has financed over $7 Billion in affordable housing projects across the country. Since retiring from Citi, Brian formed Dale Housing Partners, LLC where he provides consulting services for affordable housing developer clients. Brian is a recognized industry expert in structuring complex financings for the production of affordable housing.
Brian received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
