Allie is a partner at Foley Hoag where she serves as outside general counsel to clients at all points in their corporate lifecycles, from formation to complex international mergers and acquisitions. She also represents investors seeking to grow their portfolios, ranging from angel funds to large private equity firms. Her expertise allows her to understand unique and complex business models, so she can advise clients navigating all facets of the startup landscape. Allie’s clients continually rely on her for practical and effective solutions for their business issues. Because Allie strives to understand her clients’ businesses, operations and goals, her clients know that when Allie is managing their deals no detail will
be overlooked or forgotten.

Allie has served as a consultant and mentor to the SBDC network and as a subject matter expert for the creation and launch of a LMS educational program for business owners across the state who are interested in employee ownership. Allie is a passionate volunteer for Blue Sky Bridge, where she educated school-aged children on body safety for the prevention of child abuse.

Allie, her husband, and their son and daughter love taking advantage of all the beautiful scenery and outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer. As a Colorado native, Allie has a lifelong passion for climbing mountains, sometimes just to turn around and ski back down them.
