Alan Ramirez is the Director of Strategic Lending at Colorado Enterprise Fund (CEF), a non-profit small business lender and Community Development Financial Institution, and has a demonstrated background working with non-profit organizations and supporting entrepreneurs and small business owners. In his current role at CEF,, Alan helps manage their loan production and supervises their lending team. He also consults with potential applicants about their business plans, performs credit analysis and loan underwriting, provides ongoing business advisory services to borrowers, and oversees loan activity in the Denver Metro area and other parts of the state.

Prior to joining CEF in 2007, Alan worked as a loan consultant for Pulte Homes. He is fluent in Spanish and has a strong business development background. Alan graduated from Regis University in 2004, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in International Business.

Alan is purpose-driven and motivated by helping others, which lead to his career in supporting entrepreneurs with starting and scaling their ventures, as well as helping individuals create income or wealth for their families. As a part of the Minority Advisory Council, he works to support Colorado’s communities and advance state-wide economic development.
