OEDIT Launches Co-Invest.co to Help Investors and Projects Find One Another

The Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT), in conjunction with Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BEN) and Startup Colorado, today launched Co-invest.co, a website dedicated to helping investors and investment opportunities find one another.

“Entrepreneurs, real estate projects, investors and funds can upload profiles and find each other,” said Jana Persky, Strategic Initiatives Manager at OEDIT who oversees the website. “Particularly as the momentum behind opportunity zones grows, it is an opportune time to use technology to help link investors and projects.”

The website connects investors and projects to increase the funding opportunities for Colorado projects, serves as a clearinghouse for national investors who may be interested in Colorado, and helps organize local area projects and investors. Though projects can be filtered by opportunity zone status, any projects statewide, even those outside opportunity zones, can be included in the site.

"The Co-Invest platform will connect emerging and scaling companies with a whole host of capital sources from investors across the state and beyond,” said Greg Greenwood, CEO/Executive Director or BEN. “After continually hearing about the fundraising challenges from companies across the state, we envisioned having a valuable online community asset to fill this capital-gap and are thrilled to see our collective vision realized!"
