Gaijin 24886 Sake

A great love of sake led Marc Hughes and Keith Kemp to found Gaijin 24886 in 2014 after years of experimentation and self-instruction. We are working on being Colorado's first sake brewery! Combining traditional brewing techniques with American ingredients, Gaijin 24886 hopes to produce sakes focusing on bold concepts and inspired by Colorado legends. With sakes crafted from ingredients as varied as pickled cherry blossoms, Rocky Mountain snow, black rice, and horchata, Gaijin 24886 strives to produce sakes that both test and tantalize the American palate.
