Moffat County Tourism Association (MCTA), in partnership with the Craig Chamber of Commerce, in the Great West travel region, was awarded a Colorado Rural Academy for Tourism (CRAFT) Recovery Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in fall 2020 to advance recovery efforts related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Steamboat Bike Town USA was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in winter 2018. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to gain guidance on developing a weekend event to bring different cycling organizations together to showcase Steamboat as a must-ride cycling destination.

Rio Blanco County Historical Society was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in the spring of 2015. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create a strategic plan to develop a cultural heritage center.
