Governor Polis, DOLA and OEDIT Announce that Resiliency Roadmap Program Creates 842 Jobs and Almost $9.4M in Capital Across Rural Colorado

STATEWIDE – Today Governor Polis, the Department of Local Affairs Colorado Resiliency Office (DOLA CRO) and the Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) announced program outcomes after closing out their three and a half year Regional Resiliency and Recovery Roadmaps program, which resulted in the creation of 842 jobs and formation of $9,386,882 in capital across rural Colorado.

Rural Jump-Start program helps start new businesses in economically distressed regions

For those living in rural Colorado, or those intrigued by that lifestyle and looking for a change of scenery, the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) offers the Rural Jump-Start Program for new businesses to launch or move their business from out of the state to rural, economically distressed areas of Colorado.
