Colorado Announces Blockchain Council Final Report to the Community

The Colorado Council for the Advancement of Blockchain Technology Use announced the publication of its final report to the community chronicling the analysis and findings of the appointed Council experts. The Council, which concluded its charge in June 2019, was created by former Governor John Hickenlooper and continued under Governor Jared Polis to assist the state in meeting the challenge and promise of blockchain use in government. The Colorado Council for Blockchain Technology Concludes One-Year Appointment

Following more than a year of work, the Colorado Council for the Advancement of Blockchain Technology Use will conclude its appointed charge on June 6, 2019. The work began by the council will transition to a consortium of state agencies who will contribute to the continued adoption and expansion of this disruptive technology in partnership with the State’s new Blockchain Solution Architect, Thaddeus Batt.
