Growing Colorado’s Semiconductor and Advanced Industry Ecosystems: Five New Market Study Grants Awarded Statewide

DENVER - Today, the Global Business Development Division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development & International Trade (OEDIT) announced the latest market study grant recipients of the Colorado CHIPS Community Support Program. These grants will support Colorado communities interested in starting or growing local and regional semiconductor and advanced industries, including support for 15 counties and two tribes across Colorado, from Archuleta to Routt to Yuma counties.

The Colorado Economic Development Commission (EDC) develops incentive packages to assist with existing business expansions and new company relocations to grow jobs in all regions of the state. DENVER – Today, Colorado Governor Jared Polis and British Consul General Richard Hyde signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Colorado and the United Kingdom (U.K.) to foster cooperation on economic relations, trade, and investment. Colorado Accelerates Quantum Leadership: Governor Polis, State Officials Celebrate New Quantum Facility

BOULDER - Today, Governor Polis and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) joined members of Elevate Quantum, CU Boulder, Colorado State University, and Colorado School of Mines to celebrate the ribbon cutting of a new 13,000-square-foot facility in East-Boulder. Office space for growing quantum companies and state-of-the-art scientific equipment will give these entities a physical space to transform ideas for quantum technologies into products that will benefit consumers in Colorado and beyond.

OEDIT Announces Grants to 22 Colorado Startups and Researchers in the Advanced Industries
