These Terms and Conditions apply to the text messaging program of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT). Please read them carefully.

OEDIT and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver text messages to you. Our text messages are intended to provide you with information about our programs and services, including business support, retention, and event information.

By signing up to receive text messages on OEDIT’s website or by texting BUSINESS to 52072, you are expressly consenting to receive text messages from us using an automatic telephone dialing system. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to provide this consent. You understand that that you are not required to opt in as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

The number of OEDIT text messages you receive through our program will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for pricing plans and any applicable roaming charges.
