Each year, the Colorado tourism industry nominates tourism employees to be recognized as Outstanding Frontline Tourism Workers in celebration of National Travel and Tourism Week. CRAFT Case Study: The City of Loveland Farmers Market, Larimer County

The City of Loveland Farmers Market at Fairgrounds Park was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in winter 2016. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to develop a marketing plan to support the Loveland Farmers Market and increase visitation.

Located in Larimer County, The City of Loveland Farmers Market’s mission is to provide their community with the freshest food available.

CRAFT Case Study: Berry Patch Farms, Weld County

Berry Patch Farms was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in spring 2016. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create a Festival Event Plan & Procedures document for their pumpkin tasting event and cantaloupe festival, including event strategies, event challenges, liability and crowd management protocols, marketing efforts, and collaboration ideas.

CRAFT Case Study: Rio Blanco County Historical Society, Rio Blanco County

Rio Blanco County Historical Society was awarded a CRAFT Mentor program by the Colorado Tourism Office in the spring of 2015. The objective of this CRAFT Mentor program was to create a strategic plan to develop a cultural heritage center.

Located in The Great West, Rio Blanco County Historical Society’s mission is to preserve the rich heritage of the White River Valley by capturing oral history, maintaining the White River Museum, protecting and interpreting historic sites and providing historic education.
