  This cash incentive is a five-year program for competitive business expansion or relocation projects.
• Trade and Investment Missions
  These missions promote foreign investment into Colorado and help Colorado companies become more globally competitive.
• Venture Capital Authority
  The VCA partners with professional fund managers to make seed and early-stage equity investments in Colorado startups to grow Colorado's innovative ecosystem and to create quality job opportunities.
