• Community Development Block Grant Planning and Feasibility Studies Grant
  This grant helps Colorado communities plan economic development projects that create or retain permanent jobs.
• Innovative Housing Incentive Program
  This program helps address Colorado’s housing shortage by supporting the development and expansion of the state’s innovative housing manufacturing businesses through grants and loans.
• Just Transition Community Funding
  The Colorado Just Transition Action Plan provides more information on the Just Transition communities themselves, and it provides recommendations on supporting coal transition workers who are or will be laid off by connecting them with job and training opportunities, local, state, and federal resources, quality jobs, and more.
• Meeting and Events Incentive Direct Support Grant
  This grant provides up to 50% of eligible direct support costs, not to exceed $200,000 for hosting events in Colorado that take place on or before June 30, 2024.
• Regional Tourism Act Program
  This program helps fund large tourism projects to attract new visitors from out of state after the 2008 Great Recession. This program has awarded all funds.
• Tourism Management Grant
  This grant provides funding to support projects that develop, enhance or better manage visitor experiences.
• Tourism Marketing Matching Grant
  This grant provides funding to support tourism marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Tourism Recovery Marketing Grant
  This program provides funding to eligible applicants to support the economic recovery of the travel and tourism industry in Colorado through the execution of tourism marketing and promotional campaigns.
