Jasmine leads the Customer Experience (CX) Data & Insights Team at Gusto, the People Platform built for small businesses. Her team provides the CX Org with advanced and predictive analytics to derive insights biased for action.

Previously, Jasmine served for 13 years as a U.S. Army Officer, most recently as a data scientist at the Pentagon. Jasmine also spent four years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering at West Point, directing courses in Engineering Statistics and Business Analytics. Her published research included topics in STEM education, predictive analytics on veteran homelessness, and optimizing technical training programs for the U.S. Army. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) published her research on improving leadership and diversity in STEM Education, for which she received the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.

Jasmine also served for eight years as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer, leading analyst teams to recover hostages in Iraq and directing operations with NATO, USAID, U.S. Department of State, and foreign governments in Afghanistan.  She was a recipient of the 2012 General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award for her leadership in Afghanistan. Jasmine received the 2014 John M. King Award for outstanding voluntary service to the veteran community. Jasmine is also a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal and Purple Heart. 

Jasmine holds a B.S. in Operations Research from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. in Operations Research from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
